Time is also taken to get to know your menstrual cycle. We do this by means of a Basal Body Temperature Curve (BBT). This is a temperature curve that you can keep for a month to gain insight into your cycle. If you have already kept a curve, it is nice if you take it with you to your consultation. I will be happy to explain everything about this to you during the consultation.
